The Official Food Trucks are coming to the Monster Bash Dash! The Orlando Food Truck Team is sending Cluster Funk, Kona Dog, and Saigon Sizzle to feed all of our hungry Monsters, Participants and Spectators...that is after the Monsters have had their way with the runners! (insert evil laugh). Bring and appetite and partake in the latest craze to hit the streets...Food Trucks! Great authentic food on wheels. Not running? Come on out and enjoy the festivities, eat some great food, and hang out with the monsters at our Monster Party!
The Monster Bash Dash Off Road 5K registration is open with some wave times still available but it is filling up fast! A couple of earlier wave times are still open and one night wave with a few open spots remain! Click the map icon to the left to check out our new course map with all the "spooky challenges". We are proud to announce our new partnership with the Roper YMCA in Central Florida! Rock On Adventures is very excited to be a partner with such a great organization that is always giving back to the community. In the coming weeks, you will start seeing more and more evidence of this great partnership, as we promote our "Fitness Thru Adventures" events. Rock On Adventures will give a portion of our proceeds from each event, to the Roper Y. Our first event is the Monster Bash Dash 5K off road evening/night run on May 26th. It will be held on the Roper Ranch, just off of Old YMCA Road, which is a little south of the Roper Y.
Get in on the Monster Bash Dash now before the night waves fill up and they are filling up fast. Time is running out! The Monsters are getting hungry and want all the "flesh" they can get in this race. Get your teams together and come up with a creative name, or you can register as an individual. Either way, Register today!
Currently Individual entry is $74.00 and Teams of four or more is $69.00, per person. A special Kid's race (ages 5 - 10 years old) of 3/4 mile is offered for only $24.00 per kid. Each participant in the full 5K race and the 3/4 mile Kids race will receive a Finisher Tshirt and full size "Franky" Medal. 5K race finishers will receive a specific shirt saying whether or not they "Survived" the Monsters or if they became the "Walking Dead." Kids race finishers will all receive the "Survived" shirts.

Registration for the Little Creeps (Kid's race ages 5 to 10yrs) has now been added! The Little Creep's wave will start at 5:30 PM and will be between 3/4 to 1 mile long. Nothing real scary, but still a little spooky. No flag belts will be used and all kids get a full size medal and a Survivor t-shirt. Parents can run with them too.

Yakathon July, 14th - Registration Now Open (3 mile run, 1 mile kayak, 6-8 mile off road mountain bike)
Hot Pursuit 5K, August 11th (an off road run that is "Cops and Robbers" themed. The Law chases you through out the course, trying to grab your flags that are attached around your waist. Challenges are jail cells, climbing fences, tunnels..... and anything else that one would encounter trying to escape)
Highlander III, September 22nd - Registration Now Open Click Here to register. (the most realistic and truly fun adventure obstacle run in Florida) Price is $55.00 until Monday, May 21st, then the price will increase! The price offered today will be the absolute lowest price that will ever be available for this event, regardless of any future discounts!

We had so many great photographers on site working hard to get you in an awesome action shot.
